For 6 munchies.
Ingredients: -10 spoiled fruit or the equivalent of 2 liters of fruit; -The juice of a lemon; -2 tablespoons of water; -1 5 cm piece fresh ginger, halved; -1 stick of cinnamon; -1 / 4 teaspoon ground cardamom; -1 teaspoon of honey.
1 - Wash and chop the fruit coarsely, remove the pieces recovered. Send it in a saucepan.
2 - Add the lemon juice, water, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom. Cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3-Remove the cinnamon stick and the ginger.
4 - Mash with a potato-battery or switch the robot to a texture of pureed baby.
5 - Add honey to taste less sour and cool before refrigerating.
